Repair: Gilligans island

Helping a buddy with a gilligans island pinball machine. When started it doesnt light up but you can hear power on. Attached is the leds that stay lit but never flash. Any ideas what it could be - no local repair ghys where im at in windsor.

but they heat up and burn when you don't change the "Gi level at rest" settings in the sofware! it's a "basic problem" that most pinball have !

the "connector fix" you have was soldered DIRECTLY on the board ... which is a big no no ! learn how to do it properly here: http://www.pinrepair.com/connect/


but that's not your immediate concern ... I'll try to be back with a procedure to diagnose your non booting game ... but it's a big warning sign that if this was done to the gi connector, more "bad things" are going to be found elsewhere!
