There is more of this video around with Larry Demar commenting as well. I believe this video as well as additional clips were organized by GT Interactive when they put together early PC emulation of Williams games for the retail market. At least that's the first recollection I have of viewing them. There are several and this is just one of the few.
Here is what was included in the 1995 release.
"Arcade Classics also features a detailed multimedia retrospective of the creative teams responsible for setting a new standard in the video game arena. This special section includes rare and personal footage of Eugene Jarvis and Larry DeMar (Defender, Defender II and Robotron); John Kotlarik and Python Anghelo (Bubbles); John Newcomer (Joust); and Sam Dicker, Jack Haeger, R.J. Mical, Richard Witt and Noah Falstein (Sinistar). Fantastic success stories on each project add to the CD-ROM's reflective flavor."
The old Robotron cocktail gets put through it's paces from time to time... or maybe it's the other way around?
My understanding is Stargate is now referred to as Defender II as Williams sold off the rights to the name "Stargate" to MGM around the time of the release of the motion picture.
