Re: Musket Ball, custom 1812 themed pinball machine

Yeah, that was my place. Ricker had two of these Pinball Pool machines. This was the rougher of the two. There is was in the back. https://fbcdn-sphotos-a-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/427549_10150737120605281_1148368947_n.jpg https://fbcdn-sphotos-e-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/419728_1015073755...

It's like it has some post stabilization process applied. It appears to take out all the high frequency movement but replaces it with a sickness inducing pulsing.

Musket Ball, custom 1812 themed pinball machine

If you are around Kingston, check out this custom rethemed Pinball machine art piece: http://blogs.ottawacitizen.com/2012/05/10/pinball-bones-and-animal-skins-howie-tsuis-wonderful-horrors-of-the-war-of-1812/ A few months ago, I went looking for a machine to help Howie with this project. I found a P...

Re: Fastest game ever???

With no pop bumpers and the symmetric layout, I found Fire! to be fast in the sense of your fingers response.

As for fastest in terms of shots, LOTR can really get some super fast returns on those metal rails. zooom!

Re: Looking for the Maaca member who installs/repairs Hot Tubs

I have quite an old hot tub outside. It had a few leaks from the motor area. This year I bought a replacement motor and heater combo form http://www.spaguts.com/ and it now works great.

Re: #44 bulbs wanted.

One of my flippers is giving me a little trouble; it won't stay in the position it's supposed to. Not sure, but I think the flipper post is a little stripped. The Allen screws holding the flipper post in place don't seem to be doing the job very well. Even after tightening, it doesn't take too long...

Should be in store in mid-January.

Montreal - Le Valet d'Coeur http://levalet.com/ should carry it. (There is a French version as well)
Toronto Area - The Comic Warehouse http://www.thecomicwarehouse.com/home/ will have it.
Online - www.fungamescafe (Brampton)

OT: Enter to win my newly published boardgame

This sample doesn't compare to your other work. It almost looks like we are looking at the backside.

What was the size of the original crest?

You might want to put a disclosure statement on your reviews of games from now on.
It will be still good to see them, though.

Interesting, as on the current FB pic, Gomez and Borg are looking at plans on top of the IJ4 playfield probably discussing that feature.
I'd put my bet on Avengers too.

New Stern playfield pic?

https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/9 ... directlink

Doesn't looks like Transformers.
Any one know if it is an old machine or a new one?

It was posted on Stern's FB and then removed very quickly.
Then replaced with a pic of Borg and Gomez discussing Borg's new design.

Re: WOZ pics

Nice open playfield.

Would those two circles on the midfield be rollovers?
Seems that the playfield inserts still aren't on this mostly mechanical schematic.
