Re: Stern Pinball Presents Star Trek Pinball

Holy shit !! Another pinball machine by Stern, I am so excited, this is going to be so great and so totally awesome, I can't wait to see it for real. I love Star Trek so much that this will make me buy it before I even play it, 'cause somebody at some fishstore told me there may be none left if wai...

Re: LED bulb life?

In a safety related industry or one where there is government regulation you would likely have product from companies like GE and Sylvania available. For example automotive LED bulb replacements are available from lowest Chinese quality to highest grade LEDs from companies in the US such as Cree. I ...

I like the money tree. And if you don't happen to have one growing in your backyard, BSD is a great game.

Re: Toughts on Xmen

Took wife and son to the Pinball Cafe today. Played XMen for the first time and I like it! It was too noisy with all the machines so close together so can't comment on the audio. Really liked the p/f layout and the variety of shots. Glad to see another winner since Tron. There are few new machines I...

Re: The Collectors' Code

I agree with most of this. In the case of someone (who shall remain nameless) on this forum who has picked up super deals on the classifieds and immediately tried to flip it for a profit within the collector community (who know damn well what he paid for it) I suggest the following: Make it clear th...

Wow! In the 1977 catalogue I see my first HIFI system.

Thanks for sharing!

Eventually subscribed to Stereo Review magazine and realized what a POS Radio Shack stuff actually was!

Should have built a Heathkit!

I'd suggest automotive detailing claybar. Any shop that sells real detailing stuff (not Turtle Wax) will have it. A pro detailing shop could sell it to you.

Re: Price check on MB

There was one at S/B auction in the winter that had a mosh hole that looked as big as an 85 yr old hooker's pu$$y. The cab was also missing chunks and the Drac Trac was a Drac Trench.

I think it went for $4700. 00 + 13% Frikken ridiculous IMHO.

Go into switch test and test if the switch registers. Otherwise is is a PIA related issue. Let us know and we will suggest other steps.

I hope that crazy Romanian gets better!

If you read his bio, listen to his interviews or just look at Pinball Circus, BOP and some of his concepts he is an incredibly creative individual.

Also probably the funnest designer to hang out with from what people have said.

Re: EOS errors on Party Zone

Curios what they consider solid state on this older game. I'm thinking standard is leaf and solid state is opto which could likely mean input to the CPU to do lane change, initials and song change could take it's cue from different sources in the two versions. U7 and U8 that you changed may have no...
