Re: Has Anyone Travelled to the US?
Please please please just pay for your test instead of clogging up the already strained health care system with unnecessary nonsense. In order to get a free test from your local health care system you need to declare you have symptoms or have had close contact to COVID. THIS is enough for the Public...

When I restored my Sure Shot, I ran into the same issue with the posts. Many disintegrated upon removal. It was a widespread issue with Sure Shots and other titles released that year, I'm told.

Re: The Allentown 2018 thread!
Somebody has Bingo Fever! :-) At least it's not chlamydia! Second and third game... that depends on what you are looking for. Miami Beach? But hard to tell since I've not played many, though. I thought in the bingo collector community (especially in Canada) you have take what's available, not what ...

Re: The Allentown 2018 thread!
I'm happy with my new Allentown addition. And a new bingo enthusiast is born! I bought this beauty from Nick Baldridge (he of the For Amusement Only Podcast, and Multi-Bingo programming fame). It made the trip back home home safely with only a few minor adjustments needed to get it working properly....

Bay Area Amusements also has the glass in stock for $249.00USD. Maybe check their shipping fees and see if they are a bit cheaper?

Re: Container Pins Discussion
I liked this article discussing container pins and how Drano gave up a while ago. https://creditdotpinball.com/tag/container-pinballs/ I liked the article title even more, making me think this is the same Italian distributor he is talking about: “Only Give A Defect On Display, Any Stupidity” Here's...

Wanted: Scan/Photos of Bally 6MDM Flyer
Good morning all! Does anyone have a decent condition Bally Six Million Dollar Man flyer? I'd consider purchasing it, but I'm really just after a high resolution scan or really good quality photograph of one for a project I'm working on. The resolution of the one on IPDB will not work for what I'm a...

Mr. RAB inspired me to share with his above posts...thanks for the nudge. I suppose we have all worked through the doldrums and sinking feelings while participating in different aspects of the hobby. Agreed. I've been an Allentown attendee for the past six years.
But you don't know what's out there unless you ask. You never know when a WTB ad can shake loose an old coin door or a Catacomb...

The side hinge is chewed at the top and bottom, and the shell is dented and twisted. I will try to work on mine, but I was hoping to find something complete nearby to avoid it.

Like Cait, I've always wanted to dip my toe into the bingo pool. This game looks to be the perfect example for someone to do just that.

Re: Credit Dot Pinball: The Update Thread
Credit Dot keeps rolling with the third installment of the classic Bally/Stern tech review series. In the prior review, I looked at the Pinitech Retrofit kit which took outgassed displays and converted them into great looking 5V LED displays. Pinitech now offers two different complete LED display ki...

Re: Credit Dot Pinball: The Update Thread
With Pinitech's DIY Retrofit Conversion LED Display kit, you can use the parts from broken or outgassed Bally/Stern displays and turn them into a set of fully-fuctioning low-voltage LED displays. What once was old, is new again...and for a fraction of the cost of an aftermarket plug-and-play display...
