Re: Spring Break Gottlieb for sale
Love the Van Halen rips and different pinball design. Isn't that Eddy on the playfield? :) It has two selectable modes of play not including 3 ball or 5 ball gameplay. One of the ugliest, yet funniest backglass' in the game. The dude winning the belly flop competition in the background....priceless....

FT: Gameplan LIZARD
Looking to trade a rare 1980 Gameplan Lizard. GI is LED. Animated backglass is mostly LED (except lizard tongue). Ball and rubbers were all replaced. New drop targets and decals. New spinner decals. Custom cards. Backglass is sealed. Score is 7 segment LED lights, so it looks like new even though it...

yes "The voltage rating is the maximum voltage that the fuse can safely operate at when an overcurrent situation happens. The voltage rating on the fuse can be higher than the voltage present on the circuit, but not the other way around. If a 250 VAC fuse is used on a device that uses 120 VAC, there...

Re: Gameplan sound issue
I'll advertise as per normal, but I will make sure you guys know. Thanks Sylvain. I took out the boards and looked for cracks and fractures with magnifying glass. Didn't see much, but I added solder where there could be potential. Put the game back and tested... Took a while for the issue to appear,...

Gameplan sound issue
Allo, Have a rare Lizard pinball from Gameplan. Everything works. I did a lot of work on it, but I have not repaired the sound issue that may occur after several minutes of play. Some of the sounds don't play after several minutes...and after the ball drains. When a ball is plunged, it rolls over a ...

Re: 4 player jamma
Thanks Mrhide and HPR pinball. Was hoping to use it with a multi jamma box. Which I know a lot of people don't like due to the lag and bad graphics and sounds on the "higher quality" games. I don't want to dedicate a PC to it. A rasberry pi...well, I guess I could, but not motivated enough. Hope no ...

4 player jamma
Allo, Would anybody know of a 4 player jamma board? I purchased an empty Gauntlet 4 player arcade cabinet, years ago. No monitor, no power supply. I have rigged it up with a couple of jamma boards (horizontal), but they seem to only make up to 2 player boards and cables. Does a 4 player jamma exist?...

Re: Williams Blackout pinball machine
Hey Jeffrey,
Try some simple stuff first... Power off the machine, re-seat the connectors and check the fuses first. Power it up and put a quarter in it.
You may have to learn, like the rest of us. Welcome to pinball.
PS. Don't worry it's fixable...

Re: Dedicated Arcade or Multi-cade conversion
Hey thanks shovelhed! Makes my choice so much easier. I will use the 60 in 1 for now ( no other vertical board on me) with LCD as I can't fix the burn in and I don't have spare CRT, but I do have spare LCDs. I will look into upgrading the vertical games for that one. I will use horizontal (and hopef...

Hi Cait,
Just wanted to say that I love those old bingo machines! Never played them, but looks like a ton of fun...if I were to gamble, I'd use those over slots any day. Nice machines, thanks for posting.

Re: Dedicated Arcade or Multi-cade conversion
Ok so, truth be told....I have 2 arcade cabinets. One is a 4 player gauntlet from late 90s. That one has no monitor, no system board and no power supply. So If I were to make an I-pac, I wouldn't really know 2000 games I'd like to play, nor do I have a spare PC to mess around with. I'm not sure it w...

Re: Dedicated Arcade or Multi-cade conversion
Thanks guys, Yes I'm thinking a cap kit. Hopefully the problem is on the monitor and not the video card. The monitor has burn in, but I work with some pro video guys and they say that if I blast the screen with a white image and let that burn in for a few days, it could/should help. I don't find the...

Dedicated Arcade or Multi-cade conversion
Let me start by saying I know very little, if not anything about arcade machines. I recently purchased an original Xevious arcade. It was not working and not in the best of shape overall. Luckily, I managed to bring the machine back to life rather quickly, but it does have some issues. CRT Monitor h...
