Re: Foam for pin lock down bar

Squid, Home Depot is your friend. Go for the weather stripping. There are different widths but the length is around 10' and is black. Measure your present "beer seal" then you know which one to buy. Costs around $7.

Re: 1st OFFICIAL EM MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTEMENT COURSE AT MTL PB

Doh! It was a Ticker Tape. I'm glad I saved pictures of the relay stack... http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l143/Davester70/Ticker3.jpg Davester. OK, so I guessed wrong, Ticker Tape it is Davester. Still a fairly simple six card bingo. Yeah I know, I'm being a smart ass. Here is my sweetheart righ...

Re: Do you still miss the old forum ?

New forum is what I am used to now. I think it looks much nicer with the banner at the top of the page and you have added additional features - old online games. What more could I ask for?

Re: European pin questions

Wow, lots of good info here. I am exploring shuffling my collection a bit now that I have tried some really cool Zaccarias but even a well priced Williams or Bally may work out. I just needed to know if I would be paying some tax or a lot of tax. The answer is - it depends on the pin. I am ok with t...

European pin questions

I am exploring pins from across the pond & I have a question about European pins or even American pins in Europe. I know that they use different voltages but can they be converted back to Canadian standards? Is there duty for pins arriving from Europe? I know shipping would be expensive but just wan...

Re: Jungle Lord 30th anniversary Gold Edition

I hope that you send pics to IPDB ! This is such a unique pin, a true one of a kind collector's item. In addition to that, you may have opened up a new way to play pinball. Seeing head to head pins is one thing, but three at a time is wild.

Re: Interesting Zaccaria pin Site

I have to say that after playing Time Machine and Farfalla at Expo, all I can say is wow! These pins have a completely different feel compared to the North American pins and the colours are strong and encased in nice artwork. Give one a try and you will see what I mean. There was one tricky componen...

Re: OT: I finally found my dreaming drums

That is a nice looking drum, great colour. I wish I could be a drummer (never lost that dream since I was a kid) Nowadays I only get to play drums when I am driving on the highway and a good song comes on the radio. Even if I wanted to play the drums at home, wifey would not appreciate the noise. Hm...

So I just survived a 3 hour commute from downtown Toronto to the burbs, yup, 3 hours! I have to say that the only thing that saved me was my radio and great tunes. As I was flipping through the stations, I came across the Sheepdogs and was instantly glued to the radio. What a great sound and definit...

Even if they own Wacky Wings, I am not convinced that this will happen because the last "pinball party" was scheduled for Playdium and they own that place too but bailed at the last second. Like it was said earlier - fool me once... If the party actually happens, that would be great and maybe the st...

Re: steve jobs dead at the age of 56

My very first computer was an Apple II many years ago. It was something else at the time. Now I look at how Apple has evolved and become a leader in the industry and most of it is due to Steve Jobs. His legacy will live on for some time.

Looking for someone going from Toronto to Ottawa

I have a backglass that needs to be shipped to Ottawa from Toronto area. If someone is going in the near future and can bring this along, please let me know. Some compensation incentive will be provided of course. If I have to go via the post office I will but prefer to look within the Maaca communi...

I have one of these and it is a blast to play! I love the driving games. Difficulty level increases quite a bit from begginner to medium to pro. It is loud too and the graphics are fine for that era. Definitely worth it. I would like to outfit my garage with a few of these games from the different e...
