Re: my second pin in my first week NEED HELP.

Got all the lights working now and got the motor to spin. I also lubed the gears. What a treat when the robot is built. This is a very fun game. Does any one know how to completely reset the high scores? I don't understand the jumpers thing plus there is nothing listed for player one.

my second pin in my first week NEED HELP.

I picked up my second machine. It's a gottlieb genesis. It has leds added throughout the playfield. Works very well. Issues are the fluorescent light in the back glass isn't on and I have put in a new bulb. The coin door is banged up and the robots casket is open and it should be closed at the begin...

Re: MY first pin

What is the general thought on restoring pinball machines.

Does the wear and tear show the machines history?
Or does a clean completely restored pinball show more value and desire.

I do plan on keeping and playing this. Not likely going to sell it.

Re: MY first pin

Thanks!!

yes I did research the game and it is the four player version of duotron. I played It quite a bit last night and before work today.

I found some goodies inside the cab. All the original paper work!!

Now its time to research the crap out of how to restore these things.

Dan.

MY first pin

Well despite many people saying don't get a EM pin for your first machine I picked up one any way. It works 100% minus two light bulbs. All four players work. I know it needs a lot of restoring but hopefully I can get some pointers along the way. Here are some pictures. After this its back to making...

Re: my virtual pin trial

Steve, I will definitely be hitting you up with questions on the next build. I posted that one ,once I finished the backglass, on kijiji and sold it right away. I have a Williams wide body cab coming for the next virtual pinball build so with the extra room I am hoping to have a little more fun. Tha...

Re: Looking for my first pin machine

I have editied my profile sir. I am from Niagara falls but would drive a few hours. I am not to worried about era, just a machine that will keep our interest by being challenging but fun. I like the newer styles with the dmd but I know I will not get one of those for a grand or lower. I do not mind ...
