Post by davidlldennis »

Hi There,

I'm looking for various parts as back ups for my 1985 Gottlieb Premier Tag Team. Shoot me a message.

Which parts do you need? pinballresource is the official supplier of Premier/Gottlieb parts. They have some NOS stock and they still make many common parts.
There is no search option on the site, but you can ask google like this:
site:pbresource.com tag team
Ordering is by email or by phone. Be prepared to have the actual part numbers.
Judge Dredd, Road Show, Last Action Hero, Rocky & Bullwinkle, Stargate, F14 Tomcat

I brought one back from the deep last year but wasn't able to find a source for plastics, unfortunately. Still have one with a tiny chip.

Mine's pretty roughy but works well. Playfield is a bit of a mess, not bad but there are places where the factory Mylar didn't cover... A few plastics with cracks. That center plastic is 100% gone, which I assume was a big issue. It's a long haul restore but I'm a while away before I attempt that...

You can do it! There was an NOS playfield on pinside and I don't think it sold. The plastics are the hardest thing to find, really. Maybe CPR rerun eventually, but it's not exactly an in-demand title for restoration.

Good luck! It's a really fun game.

I'm pretty excited to have been able to find such an odd, fun and rare machine. Working is a bonus! I've completed one ground modification on the transformer and tinkered on a few things. I don't really 'need' parts but since its a rare one I figured I should snap up the more difficult things to find. The standard stuff isn't too bad to track down Marco is great. I'm waiting on some coils, pop bumper caps etc. I saw that NOS field... that would be amazing! $1000 USD Yikes! With CPR having a new 'printer' I hope they can do more one off plastics/playfields than before!!
