It is a rare one due to the monitor sitting horizontally, facing the player on that style of cocktail. Would be a nice machine to convert back if you could get all the parts. But you would end up spending way more than what the machine is worth to do it.

If the guy wasn't asking so much I would have probably bought it as I am only 10mins away. But currently the machine is worth maybe half what he is asking.

I just bought that Tempest/Twin Eagle conversion last night, it's in pretty rough shape so I got it for $180, I plan to restore it anyways so the dead game board and dying monitor don't worry me too much.

the part that will be complicated for me is repairing the chunk of wood that is missing on the back corner of the cabinet XD

Potentially a good deal. But the seller posts 2 blurred pictures and states "don't annoy me with low offers & more photo"... if it was a bit closer I'd check it out.

This is a somewhat rare machine. Not worth a ton (I've seen fully restored/working ones for sale in the US for less than $800), but I am sure it is still collectable. It is also technically an arcade/pin hybrid.

I would have likely picked it up just for the fun of getting it working, but it is just too far away. That and it looks to have been sitting in a garage for a long time. These things are also a royal pain in the ass if they aren't working due to all the boards and interfaces (just ask Sparky about his Discs of Tron). If you pick it up, you better know what you are getting into. In the picture there seems to be no glass over the playfield, so expect a lot of crap to have gotten in the machine.
