Won't you be my neighbor, part 3

Post by Sparky »

One more for sale on my street. Has a nice little separate garage. 90-something year old lady moved out.... contractor bought it and renovated it.

New price... comes with a pinball repair guy next door.

1-year free pinball repair service included. LOL

HUGE basement for a gameroom, and small garage on the side, that I would rent for my repairs. LOL. Eases the mortgage payments. ;)

Well, there have been developments.

1- the house for sale has dropped from 360000 to 344000 to 339900. New agent. The ad is here:

And, sad thing I found out yesterday after coming back from my business trip was that the nice old lady that lived to the left of that property has passed away. Very sad. She will be missed. She gave us fresh veggies from her garden and baked goods for the kids.

Someone told me that my street seems to be dying off. Well, when we moved here, we were the youngest on the street by 20 years. Happens...

Nice size games room but those last few steps will be tricky to move pins in.

Also needs a shower curtain installed!!

Spend a couple of grand and have a basement entrance done. A good friend of mine has an excavation and foundation repair company. He does them quite often. ;)

If your friend were local to me I would hire him to replace my culvert!
