maaca favicon

maaca should store its logo at favicon.ico to make it appear in the browser tab bar.

I thought Azatotht was an administrator. All he would have to do is copy his avatar to favicon.ico in the web server root directory.

That coin slot icon is wat too detailed to be a favicon. I was thinking of just putting the M. If that suffice?

It's not too detailed, as long as some adjustments are made to take advantage of the square ratio of the favicon, and to redraw everything as pixel art at the smallest 16x16 resolution.
