Omega race use a black and white vector monitor not crt. It's a WG V2000 or an Electrohome G05.
Usually it's a boards problem and not tube problem when pictures is not working.
The most common problem is cold solders on the boards.
There's tons of infos over the net to repair those monitors if you have a little soldering skills.

This person is higly recommended to repair/restore monitor boards.

It's also a board prone to acid damage from on-board batteries.

First, I am in the Montreal, Quebec area. It is a black and white CRT monitor - from the 60's or 70's. I had a local technician check it out and he verified that the monitor is dead. There is no picture on the screen and there is no sound. I also saw that on the motherboard the back up battery was corroded and had leaked onto the circuit board.
