Does anyone know where to buy machine screws with the built in washer? I tried McMaster-Carr but no luck. These are the screws that usually hold down post rubbers. Pinball Life has them but I'm sure there is a local vendor in Ottawa/Canada.

I haven't made it out there yet. I'm trying to avoid unnecessary "browsing" trips. I was hoping someone in the community would say "Yes, they have them here" before I ventured out. I enjoy hunting for pinball parts normally, but not during the pandemic.

I just thought after 10 years of pinballing someone here would have found a local source already. Often I think we are just asking the same questions over and over and re-inventing the wheel when it comes to pinball part purchasing in Canada.

Specialized phillips screws will always be harder to find in Canada. Part of the whole Phillips(USA) vs Robertson(Cdn) patent/royalties issue.

Well, not much of a secret, but Pinball Medics is expanding! A brand new location will open at 923 Girouard in Montreal, corner of St-Jacques, so close to Decarie and Turcot interchange.

Parts, machine sales, and machine / board repairs... will be great!

As far as I know, yes, Ottawa and Alfred are staying. This is to expand local services beyond parts.

UPDATE! I edited the list a bit, as I was PMed Robert's new parts site and website address. I didn't get any confirmation but I figure it is OK.

I am out of the loop so at some point I will have to inquire on the status of certain stores. I was told that Player One no longer sells many parts... to be confirmed.

If any have more suggestions, post them here and I will edit/add the first post.

I'm finding hardware on Amazon (never know what you'll find there)...you can get wire and a roll of ground braid on Amazon too (search for B003HGHQYM for the ground braid).
