Hah,

Ok to explain the picture, i didn't actually carpet the driveway.... i had to roll it out so the carpet guy could figure out how to match the patterns and come upstairs and cut the pieces before moving them to the basement.

I bought the carpet from www.astrocarpetmills.com

Ok,

Here's the breakdown.

I paid $15.99 USD per Square Yard, and a square yard is like 9 sq ft.

the roll was 34.78 SY and cost $556.00 USD for a 12' x 26' roll.
Shipping was $116.36 which isn't bad to my door.
Plus around $100 for duties / customs charges

So total $772.43
Plus installation charges which were $200

So total landed / installed $972.43

That's seems reasonable despite the import costs.

Do you have any blacklights? Please take a blacklight pic.

i'd like to see that too.

yeah i also think the price is reasonable... less than a pin (early ss or older) to make a gameroom look cool.

Question:
Does the Blacklight fade the cabinet artwork or decals like on P2k games?

What "wall" colors are best if using a blacklight?

Blacklight will fade cabinet and PF artwork, no matter what the game / era / system. Depending on the blacklight you choose (the amount of UV emitted) can fade it quicker. (and it seems the red / pink / oranges tend to be the first colours affected)

but the blacklight will be on only a couple hours a week at best, as i'm only going to have them on when friends are over, not when i'm just down there playing games, also there is no exposed windows, so no fade from sunlight either.

Sean, I'm suspecting a black light is what faded that DM I got from you (just as an example)
