Hey guys, much thanks for your feedbacks here!

Complete wiring is done in the cabinet and backbox, missing only a few parts like start button etc..... all is prepared now to move the playfield into the game!

The playfield is ready to move, it needs only some small repairs which can be done later. Now it´s the time for the final steps, some mods must be done like the coindoor and apron, but nothing serious. The playfield is moved now into the cabinet and the wiring harness is moved to his position. It´s now a work step by step, stay patient because it needs some time...... stay tuned some days, because today i saw the final result with the playfield and it´s awesome!!!

Looks great George. Only issue I would have is the recessed flipper buttons. Play wise it would be better if they stuck out of the cabinet.

Absolutely awesome George? Any chance you could take a picture of the sides lit up in a dark room? I would really like to see how that looks?

Thanks for sharing!!!

Hello Brent & Tom. The flipper buttons stucking out of the cabinet, i show the mod in some days. If the game is complete finished, i will show here some high res pics, also from the sides lit up!

Now i prepare the coindoor, there will be airbrushed the amulet from the first part from the movies. The coindoor is prepared now for the first golden basic colour.
IMG_8043.JPG

The apron will get a complete new design, and first i made the new illustrations, changing and placing the vector graphics with Corel to figoure out for the best result.
IMG_8046.JPG

The design is finished and cutted out on my very old Roland SignMaker, which works well after 20 years..... :D
IMG_8048.JPG

The cutted foil must be prepared now for the apron, and now removing all leaves which will be airbrushed in green.

Using application tape now to apply the complete cutted foil on the apron.
IMG_8051.JPG

And here is the result after i airbrushed the green leaves. Now the Indy letters must be airbrushed, made in the same way......
IMG_8052.JPG

Placed the apron on the playfield..... it must be clearcoated now together with the coindoor.

Thanks so much..... but now there is a work which needs a calm hand!

Using a very thin liner brush and painting now in a middle brown the first outlines. With a very small liner brush and paint like ink, the details were drawn, all with freehand. Last step is now put some highlights, some shadows and many different colours very gently on the areas. The final result will be seen after the clearcoating, then the colours will shining very bright.

Another small repair must be done, replacing a broken plastic. I don´t have the time searching a dealer to get a nos plastic, better making a new one with a modification.

The old and broken plastic.......
IMG_8076.JPG

Cutting out a new part from a sheet of makrolon.......
IMG_8077.JPG

The new printed plastic at his location......
IMG_8092.JPG

And also the flipper fingers were printed on the top with leaves.....
IMG_8093.JPG

But now, today, i get a new idea for a great mod which will be made tomorrow....... yes, this project takes no end

The last two steps must be done now. It just reminds me, that one member asked me about the flipper buttons, and here is now my solution which works well: Turning a long shaft which fits into the button, simple and fast done......

In some days i show the last mod, making some nice parts for the upper wire ramps :-)

That´s the last modification now for the upper area from the wire ramps. In some days the game will be fired up and then i show the final pictures. The game will be offered for sale or change in the next few weeks here in europe. Thanks guys being here and watching my IJ project, which made a lot of fun!

Game is finished now and 100% working without any mistakes. The last mods were fixed in the upper area at the wire ramps, also mounted an outsourced battery holder, and many other tiny liitle bit things. I´m very pleasued about the final result, and the game is much more better as i expected it at the beginning, drawing the first cad construction. A very unique and special game now......

I hope you enjoyed my posting here about my new IJ game, and it would be nice to see you again on my other projects in future!
