Greek fest mini arcade

Postby pinhead » Tue Aug 08, 2017 5:25 pm

I am pleased to announce that Ottawa Pinball and Amusements, New Wave Amusements and Pinhead Amusements have set up a mini arcade at the Greek fest this year.

From what I understand, it is free to get in, so you just have to pay to play the games.

The address is 1315 Prince of Whales Drive.

Here is a pic.

Lots of good memories of Greek Fest: I used to live in a townhouse on Meadowlands (the basement of which was host to my first pinball, the cow-shit covered barn-find Meteor which I still own), and going up the road to Greek Fest and purchasing a couple of pounds of spit-roasted whole-lamb was the highlight of my Summer every year. Way to go, Geoff and crew, for setting up some pinballs to complement the Greek food and dancing!
Grant Goodes
Stern: Meteor, Nineball, Seawitch, Lightning, Cheetah
Bally: Fathom x 2, Centaur
Gottlieb: Black Hole
Wanted: Catacomb, Solar Fire, Balls-a-Poppin Seawitch backglass
Lust-worthy: Funhouse, Skateball, Capersville

That is where you lived when I met you Grant. Good times, we used to go to the Underground on Wednesday nights.

After being in this business for all these years, it makes more sense to work together.

Thanks!

Nice setup guys! It looks fantastic and really well laid out. Sharp even!

Last time I was at Lamb Fest er... Greek Fest I think I had the lamb sweats for two days and I managed to get a cavity from all the baklava I ate.

I see, from left to right:

Doctor Who
The Simpsons
Addams Family
Elvis
Stern Star Trek (Starfleet Pro edition)
An atrocity
Marvel Superheroes
Ice Cold Beer

And I can't quite make out the rest.

Looks like fun!
