I'm 55 seconds in and ready to smash my monitor LOL
90 seconds in and I'm ready to cry in the corner.

I hope the rest is better but it's ok for people to just say they don't understand early pinball history and move on to post-ww2 and the flipper era! :D :FP:

I don't know very early pinball history as much. In the last 3 parts, nothing stood out as obviously wrong. This guy knows his stuff.

Yeah lots of people just kind of gloss-over the prewar stuff because who are we kidding it's the flippers that matter to 99.99% of people. So people just fill-in the pre-war section with whatever hear-say they scrape from poorly researched books or online and call it a day.
When really he should have said "yeah there was stuff before ww2 but no one cares HEY! It's Humpty Dumpty!" and gone from there ;)

There are dozens of us (DOZENS!!!) that research the pre-ww2 pinball & pinball ancestry though and yeah, this video is jam packed with misinformation, so skip those parts.

I always thought this was one of the better history of pinball machines documentary that discussed the early years. It was made in the late 80s so its not quite up to date but lots of interesting information.
