Wow... it's been interesting... in the last few weeks, I have dealt with nearly quitting my job due to stress, a nagging chest cough that is still there after a month, spraining my left ankle and tearing my leg up after a T2 arcade cab fell on it (long fucking story...)... but thanks to a super-supportive family circle (my wife and kids... as for the others, they don't believe, so fuck em), the course is held.
Back to 230lbs. Not exactly as low as I would have wanted... but I am still 32lbs lighter than when I started. And I do feel WAYYY better. More energy.
And on a positive note, I got myself a recumbent bike to help with the mileage. I have severe discomfort in my back, elbows and wrists on a conventional bike. This thing is more comfortable than my Laz-Y-Boy, and hits 50kph
The bike cost me more than a pinball machine... but I seriously want to do this.
