Help Identifying this JukeBox Amplifier?

Hi All.
I have a number of these NOS amplfiers that i was told "may" be from a Seeburg or AMI, Rowe jukebox.
I h ave searched the serial number and google several times but cannot identify where its from.
Could anyone pass this along and comment if you have any clues/feedback?
