It's fascinating how the theme is really interesting to some ppl and others not at all. I am in the "not interested" group. Game looks super fun but I'm not familiar with the theme/classic godzilla stuff. Prices now have made it a resounding NO! for me unless the theme is something I and my gf can relate to.

It's the only movie i regularly dream about. Gozilla is chasing me and i try to escape inside buildings. The first movie black/white is in my top 5 movies.

My experience with Star Wars premium is soo good i can be tempted after gameplay reveals.

Wow!

I'm not a huge Godzilla fan, but I really like the look and layout!

TBH, I prefer the Pro art package/backglass over the premium one.

The extra premium features are very neat. Can't wait to try both versions.

The big left hook on the chin is the price increase (which we knew it was going to happen)... $6900USD for the Pro.... OUCH!!!

I stole this from pinside...and only put the LCD Sterns (removed the DMD ones)...

In the past, an LE was $1400 more than the Premium, which was $1600 more than the Pro (so LE was $3K more than the Pro)

With Godzilla, the LE is $1500 more than the Premium, which is $2100(!!!) more than the Pro!!!... (so LE is $3.6K more than the Pro)

Don't know what hurts more: the $700USD increase on the Pro, or the whopping $1200USD increase on the Premium !?!?

Yup, and what would be of interest to me is the backglass.. not worth the price difference! Also comes down to color packages and graphic design - some premium look better than their LE counterpart, imo

I saw the game play this afternoon and I was'nt impressed at all, it looks like a fun game but not as fun as Williams WPC games, the video cuts are terrible...... Just my 2 cents and I know it's not worth much.

I don't mind Stern, a pinball is already something quite magical IMO - still has a real playfield, mechs, real flippers..now integrates modern screens and can be paired with the cell phone to keep scores, etc . It's a high level, luxury toy, no doubt! But it still has a 'presence' in the house, and that aspect of the game can't be replaced.

Built cheaper? You bet! More expensive? Big time, including pandemic inflated prices that have kept growing. But modern pinballs have bigger sound, ingenious playfield designs, colorful high def art packages, more shots, code that can be updated, etc. I still find classic games great!! There's quite a few older titles I would totally love to have - just a different gameplay experience altogether!

PM me if you're in the Ottawa-Gatineau area, you should try Mando - I think it's quite fun, lots of shots!

I'll have to try a newer Stern one day, not only "try" but really get into the game so that I can really compare for myself.
I'm on the south shore of Quebec city (Lévis) so I don't think we will ever meet for a few games of Mando but thanks for the offer, I appreciate it a lot.
