While a 1% chance of being summarily detained is actually *spectacularly* bad, there's a 0% chance a Nexus-holding pickup-driving white dude like me is going to be stopped. I'm not fearful. There *is* a very good chance other members of this pinball-loving community will be stopped, profiled, or otherwise treated poorly, and those people are my friends and family. Just because *I* can do something doesn't mean that I should accept poor treatment of others who are vital participants in our community.
Ultimately, not going on a fun little optional vacation to the US has nothing to do with fear and 100% with not wanting to spend a goddamn penny of my hard-earned income in that hellhole of an ass-backwards country until they get their heads screwed on straight.
Anyone going to Allentown this year ?
