Thanks for posting this link. The best ball of the game is near the end of the video when Nick lights things up with a score of 50,000+ and ends up stacking multiball. The code on this game is only 20% complete and it kicks as already.

Everything about JJP screams Premium. If JJP has enough demand to meet their optimal production rates at that price, then hey good for them. While entirely unaffordable for many of us, their games are GREAT.
The whole "Stern Premiums" market has some serious competition now.

Agree it's a ton of cash and I certainly won't pay it. I've been out of the NIB market since they climbed over $5K before taxes.

If I was in the market, though, I would be looking at JJ. I love DI and POTCJJ looks good. Both games put Stern LE/Premiums to shame.

Watching the stream now. Things that are really impressing me:
- upper playfield rocking action, and how the entire right side of the upper PF drains down
- the left ramp with the whirlpool diverter
- the fact there is a hole under the upper flipper!
- pops spin when hit, and there is even one right above the outlanes
- the left scoop feeds in to the outlane
- the skateball-styled left outlane
- how fast it plays for a widebody.
- your remaining tilt warnings are lit inserts to the right of the flippers
- the bottom of right outlane has a hole that feeds to the shooter lane if you can shake the ball in there! will be so interesting to see that play out at the PAPA levels.
- treasure chest lock is cool
- shooting the canon looks neat but I am unsure of what they are aiming at
- 25 characters to choose, and how your opponents can't choose the same one (think competitive tournament play)

Not super into:
- the concentric spinning circles. I don't mind really, but they seem to be on a LOT. Mind you that might help make the game feel much more frenetic for a wide body. Mind you I do appreciate how they award bonus rewards by lining them all up.
That's about it?

This is super duper impressive. Feels like this and Dialed In are truly the future of pinball.

Yeah, this is definitively the future of pinballs.
For people who said ''there a limited way to design a playfield that's why they look similar''
JJP have the right answer, use your creativity, your brain and don't be afraid to put money into the design even if
that mean to sell them at a higher price, the future is JJP ;)
I'm very tempted by this title !!

I like the JJP pins like everyone else, but if this is the future, it means I will never be able to afford it.
The comparison to Ferrari is accurate. Even after market is out of reach.
Personally I have more faith in homepin.

When i was young i played pinballs in the arcade because i can't afford them.
I would like to see more barcade in Laval, i would be there often to play a few games like new and future JJP with more innovations. It would be cheaper and more fun to enjoy very high value new pinballs with friends in a public place :-)

There are almost no professional arcade machines being made in 2017 that are under $10k. It was the boom-bust cycle that made any part of this hobby affordable in the first place, but let's not forget that these are still machines made to be operated at commercial venues first and foremost.
For people us without that kind of cash, there will always be EMs and project machines. And if we support them, hopefully the barcades will invest in the new titles. Apparently Dialed In is a solid earner, so here's to hoping more operators make that investment.

There are a ton of old titles suitable for every budget. I was out of the NIB experience some time ago and the way it is going I'll be out of the HUO market for newer titles as well. No biggie. Still tons of games to experience and own.
