The theme Octoberfest was leaked as far back as Feb 2018. It was confirmed in Sep 2018.

Not much was known until yesterday. We knew it was the same designer as Houdini and they wanted something very different, so people assumed it would mean wide open playfield and/or wide shots. We also knew there would be lots of humor. They wanted a family friendly machine if that was ever possible with that theme.
Lots of people complained about the theme without ever seeing the machine. Hopefully, American Pinball pulled a Dialed In on them.
Road Show, Last Action Hero, Rocky & Bullwinkle, Stargate, F14 Tomcat (in restoration)

I watched the stream last night. The game looks fun. Lots of shots. Reminds me of the old Williams games. I love the idea of the two buttons on one side so you can play with one hand and hold a beer in the other.

The only thing was there was a jugging mode or something everyone kept picking that looked broken. That is just a code thing so I am sure that will get adjusted. Looking forward to seeing more. Good start though.

Love that you have to pick a Beer Stein which gives you a certain ability kind of like that characters in JJP Pirates but not as complex.

It looks amazing. I had never heard of it either Az so, don't feel bad.

Did they really start their video with "An SDTM Production"? An? Really? C'mon... I didn't think that grammar rule was ever eff'd up.

Hmm... I may have to rethink my use of AN after reading more on the subject. Apparently I was taught incorrectly. So... SDTM sounds like ess-dtm so because of this you use AN? Seems loosey-goosey to me.
