FS Bally Embryon Pinball

Postby uncleboo » Sun Mar 25, 2018 4:00 pm

Embryon 1981 Widebody (collector quality)
4 player pinball machine .
The game is very challenging and a lot of fun .
It is also very rare to find in this condition with only a little over 2,000 made back in 1981 .
The game is a 2 ball multiball game .
I've had the game for around six years and it was purchased from a pinball collector who bought it from Florida .
The game is on free play ( switch inside coin door ) or still works on US quarters and SBA dollar coins .
Embryon was the last last Widebody game made by Bally before selling to Williams It was also the only game that had a "Flip Save " vertical flipper in the right outlane to put ball back in play when lit .
The back glass is 9/10 with full led bulbs. Playfield is 9.5 out of 10 ( small mark upper right near roll over guide ).
Brand new bulbs under PF with a mix of regular and strategically placed LEDs .
New rubbers installed.
Playfield regularly cleaned and waxed .
All original boards working 100% .
New locks on door and head of game.
New leg levellers.
Comes with original manual and schematics .
Included is some Extra playfield plastics and some pop bumper caps and rings.
Overall the game looks and plays awesome :)
I am asking $3,000 or will trade for another pinball machine From same era .
PM for more pics and info . Will deliver and set up for reasonable fee in the Ottawa area Thanks

I know this machine quite well, and it is a beauty: Plays very nicely and looks super-sharp!

If you are looking for the best (or at least last!) of the Classic Bally Widebodies, Embryon is a great game. My only complaint would be that the 2-ball multiball is a little lame (no playfield multiplier for example) and doesn't really have the sound-effects you'd hope to have in the thing you're spending all your time trying to achieve, but there are modified ROMs for the game that address these short-comings.

Great seller, and great game, so buy with confidence. GLWTS!
