This is a second BSD I bought for reference while I restored my own BSD. Then I figured I might as well fix this one up too. Wow, what a lot of work!

Cabinet stripped, sanded, filled, primed and painted. New cabinet ground braid, replacement labels & stickers applied. New Mirco RadCals applied. Backbox light panel sanded and repainted.

The machine itself was completely torn down and rebuilt. Every fastener and piece of hardware cleaned/polished. Many switches and lamps replaced. All microswitches placed on connectors. Wire harnesses washed. All PCBs washed. Brand new Pinball Basement MPU board. All fuses verified/replaced.

Playfield is Sun Process, no planking. Rear sanded clean. Lightly touched up, clear coated with SprayMax2K and polished. Not a perfect playfield but still very nice.

Ramps are serviceable, some light ball trails but I didn't have the nerve to flame polish. Plastics are fine.

It is all LED lights and incandescent flashers, I put back what it came with. (My BSD has all incandescent, that is the way I like it.)

That's the look of the Radcals. They are a rigid plastic with the art printed underneath.
