This guy is just weird. He revives every old thread and asks to see every machine for sale in a 100KM radius.
May I suggest you negotiate privately with the sellers. They will not show you the machine unless you are willing to cough up the cash.

Yes, please use the "PM" feature to contact the seller privately.

When I first got interested in buying a machine I didn't know how it "worked". I was googling for retail sellers and coming up empty or with old obsolete web pages. I didn't know that one might have to just wait for a month or two for a deal to come up.

Luberto, since you are located in Toronto, ensure you use pinballrevolution.com as well. Post an ad that you are new to the hobby and looking for a machine. Best to buy from reputable collectors.

Why am I weird...
Because I'm asking to go see the machine to buy?
I'm new to the site and don't know the features.
Big deal..
Sure I inquire about machines within 100 and 200 km radius. What's the problem.
I thought that's what u do when u wanna buy.
Weird....
Gimme a break

Click the speech bubble under the seller's name where it says Contact...it is a button that lets you compose a private message.

You are weird because you write your public messages publically and you revive dead threads.
If we don't stress the point, you will never have the incentive to learn it correctly.
Once you learn how to do it, everything will be fine. Welcome to the community.

Machines far away are fine, I'm told driving 4h one way to get a pin is regular business nowadays.
I suggest you make an offer with a specific price before you ask to see a machine. Sellers are not show rooms.
The offer is always conditional on the condition of the machine matching the ad anyway.

Another thing you should also be aware of is games that have been for sale for two months like this one. If it sits unsold for a long time it's because the price is too high!

Price is too high? nah man, pin prices keep going up. Are they stupid high? yes, are they still in demand? yes. Do I pay stupid high prices? Yup. Won't be surpried if STTNG gets to $9k in 2 yrs. Anyone buying a pin as an "investment" to make cash later has very low goals. You should buy to own and play, not to resell, it's so much work for little profit. But this is my opinion, people can do whatever they want, whatever makes them happy :D :D :geek: :geek: :ugeek: :ugeek:

One thing is for sure, STTNG is not on the list of games for an expected remake.

It's such a great game. If I don't sell it, I really don't mind keeping it. I like it better than most of the new Sterns. It was hard to find one is good shape when I was looking. Most are rough. This one is mint.
