All my posts have been deleted?
Is it wrong to provide a book value as a baseline to a seller who can't figure on a price? Lo and behold there is a price there now..guess I had nothing to with that.
I thought posting prices was I'm the forum rules?
Classic MAACA.
Will you just calm down... There is no conspiracy here, unlike you love to point out. The author merely asked to delete the initial thread as it was an interest check thread. He then reposted a real Classifieds ad with pics and price, and using your advice as a price reference, I might add.
In the Classifieds, it is the author's prerogative to decide what happens to the thread once it's status is changed, such as if the game is sold, or even posting an ad. Some request to have their ad deleted once done.
And... as you seemingly love to point out the Classifieds rules, may I direct you to the rules here (
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5501 ) and politely ask you to read rule #11. It applies ONLY to the Classifieds section... I will post it here for you to help out:
Sparky wrote:11- It is the ad's author's right to ask that any and all replies by others within their ad be DELETED AT THEIR REQUEST. This is the only place within the forum where the deletion of a post by another will be accepted. IF THE AUTHOR OF AN AD WISHES TO NOT HAVE ANY REPLIES, SIMPLY WRITE " NO REPLIES" AT THE END OF YOUR AD. ADMINS WILL THEN SUBSEQUENTLY DELETE ANY REPLIES NOT WRITTEN BY THE ORIGINAL POSTER.
I would normally just delete the negative comment nor post in the author<s ad (sorry QuarterGrabber...) but I felt it necessary to point it out to you, in order to show that regardless what you think, there is no global internet or MAACA conspiracy to hinder your rights to free speech. We are merely respecting a seller's wishes.
