Results from July .. in da Squidcade

Post by SquidVicious »

We had 22 TCPL'ers out Friday night. An evening which saw a number of high scores put up (including 3 of the 6 high scores of the night going to Ian), in the end a dominant performance by Christian lead to the second straight month of a clear cut winner for the evening. Of the seven TCPL nights this was the sixth unique winner (last month's winner Jeff T is the only double winner this year so far) so the standings for the season remain very tight with RJW still leading the pack without a single Magno Belt victory this season. Congratulations to Hilary for her second life-time HS with a great score on WoZ .. as well amongst Ian's HS's for the the evening was the grand champion on SM (honorable mention to Mike D for the second best score on my SM (just picked the wrong night to do it).

Scores and standings can be found here

I reminder we are back to the K/W area next month at Ian's place (Ian's has gratefully offered up an extra four spots for the night at his place) on August 7th

Thanks for hosting again Dan.

Weird night for me, I knew I had a decent night going but since I played with Chris it somehow didn't feel that great.
I finished second overall on the night but lost to Chris head to head on all 6 games we played.

Congrats to Chris, anyone else want to collect a Magno Belt before me this year? :FP:

Dan,

It appears I'm drifting along in 23rd right now - how many people qualify for the finals?
