I will compensate fairly, would like to have it done within a month or so if possible (April 2021), so not in a super rush.
It won’t have monitors so it will be a little lighter than usual.
I’m looking for transport of twin racing cabinet from Oshawa to Montreal

I don't want to rain on your parade,
but transporting twin racing cabs will require a trailer or small cube van.
It won't fit in even the largest mini-van ( I have a Dogde Grand Caravan )
(... I know of what I speak, because I've done it myself... .
The monitor section will usually stand about 5" tall,
so unless you can separate the monitor section from the base ,
you will need something with a higher-than-average clearance .
Your best/cheapest option is to find a friend with a class-2 hitch vehicle (pick-up truck, larger SUV ),
and rent yourself a covered U-haul trailer.
Good Luck.

Solid suggestions, I'll add I wouldn't even try to separate the monitor section, especially if everything is working nicely right now..

...or a boat trailer
but more advice: measure measure measure! check the manual of the game (which one is it?) the dimension (and weight!) will be in there.

LF: GrooveCoaster Machine, shmups or any PCB, specifically Namco System 1 (Pacmania), let me know what you have!

Don't look at the weight, .... it might change your mind !
If I had known that EACH Daytona cab was 600 lbs (...yes, that's 1200lbs for the pair !!! ),
I might never have gone through with it !

At this point, I would just slap some wheels on it and drive it home!
