If the ONE pic of your score is posted ... that's it, right? That's your submission, right!?!
AZA posted TWO pics so his first submitted score of 109,850 is his submission! Ha!
I was thinking about that rule -- I know some players got in trouble last season for doing that.
Maybe AZA was just posting a photo of a random Gyruss high score screen he came across on the Internet to inspire all of us to play harder and aim higher? Yes, it's a funny coincidence that the high score initials were AZA, that's why the Internet is so cool, you can find things like that.
Over at Twin Galaxies, there's an on-line tournament (MGL 30) and you can submit a screenshot of your high score every time you update your score in the thread:http://www.twingalaxies.com/showthread. ... oses-4-Dec
I think people are accustomed to posting multiple photos, so for VFVL, I'm inclined to relax last season's rule - if someone decides to post an actual photo of their current high score to inspire and/or intimidate fellow VFVLeaguers, go for it -- what will be tracked/tabulated is your last post with photo and score submitted before the deadline (11:59EST Dec 3). That said, if there's strong feelings that we should retain the rule from last season (one photo only per score submission), we can stick with that, and people can continue to post other random high score photos they come across on the Internet, which reflect a score that is, or very close to, their current high score.
In other words, aim higher than 137700
