FOUND: WTB Stern FreeFall

Postby Craig » Thu Jun 22, 2017 5:17 pm

Hi;

Fell in love with Stern`s Free Fall at PINCON and wondering if there would be one out there for sale.

It would be a cash purchase

Thanks

Craig

Freefall is a very rare pin.
Try Flight 2000, it's very similar and lot more easy to find.

Yeah, F2K has nearly identical sound, speech, and rules. Both games were designed by Harry Williams. Freefall has a little more complexity in the ball-lock mechanism, but not really a big difference. I would concur that if you enjoyed Freefall, you should consider an F2K.

Thank you Grant, I read all your posts and appreciate your advice.

"Player One... Take Off!", had not heard that since I was 14 years old.

Let's see what happens, fingers crossed....willing to pay a fair price.

Thank you MAACA, just brought home my new Freefall, my first Stern and probably not my last.

I am so excited, a very fair deal from a very fair guy.

Basement is now full, my wife said if (when) there is a 6th machine, it has to go to my parents basement in Alta Vista, thank goodness they have a large house (Ha!).

Looking forward to having my pinball friends over again (old and new) to give it a whirl.

Not set up yet but here is my favorite FF video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VamAFh3EXZY

Thanks

OK, does this mean that my hunt for Catacomb is about to be realized? Is the Classic Stern Good Luck Fairy in town?

Congrats on your acquisition!

Now now, don't tease: You know I want to do more than just play that Catacomb!

Alas, very unlikely I will make the show since it is on the Labour Day weekend, and we always go to our Cottage then. Unless it is a shit-rain weekend..
