Can we please make it mandatory to add your location when creating a user profile?

It's baffling how many people on this site don't bother to indicate their location.

There may be some people who wish to participate in MAACA forums in a somewhat location-anonymous manner, so that shouldn't be forbidden, but I would argue that posting to any of the marketplace forums should require a profile-location, yes (assuming that can be done)

I agree with the idea, but then we'd end up with a bunch of new members posting using Dildo, Newfoundland or Balls Falls, Ontario.

Made me feel bad about not having my location in my profile, lol, so I just added it :D. However, I went with Ottawa-Gatineau, because I get tired of answering questions such as 'is Gatineau far from Ottawa?', or 'where is Gatineau?'..

Can't argue with that, it's been almost 13 years I've been living here, and I still can't get 'Outaouais' myself! :D
