maybe $300 if it's all working, $100-150 if it's a project. (but bingos are seldom all-working)

What Cait said. It can be very difficult to sell a bingo if it's not working. They are fairly complex and the market is small.

that doesn't mean it won't sell, it will probably sell eventually in that range!
But one-ball and bingo machines are kind of like old pianos: They're amazing machines, and have the potential to live again, but when you want to get rid of it you are almost hiring someone else to handle the logistics of taking it away.
There's also probably less than 100 people in Canada that have the desire + skills to work on them. (and I'm probably over-estimating here)
When you also add "willing to move them", the number drops precipitously
