Est-ce que c'est officiellement un retheme? La similitude est trop grande pour etre une coincidence.

It's actually pretty cool.

And before anyone complains:
Pulp Fiction is a retro-inspired full-featured modern pinball machine. Developed at the request of Quentin Tarantino who wanted an 1980’s style Pulp Fiction themed pinball machine for his home. Tarantino’s continued involvement throughout the project shaped the final game. Tarantino rarely licenses his intellectual property, it is a unique privilege to produce a game which pays tribute to this masterpiece.

Longest lines at Allentown were to play Pulp Fiction. It's a great looking game and fun to play. Love the call outs and there is lots to accomplish. Unfortunately, just before we got to it, the operator turned it to family mode because some parent complained. After that the speech stopped at mother..... My buddy ordered one as soon as we got back. :D
Collection: SM(Stn),T2,HS2,CFTBL,MBrLE,JJPOTCLE,WW,WCS94,EBD,MM

Owned in the past: RFM,AvengersHulkLE,Elvis,EBD,EB,GZ

Waiting on CCr LE.

There were 2 at the show - the one at the CoinTaker booth was in R-rated mode all weekend. It was the one in the PinBallStar booth that was in family mode.

My take on the game is that it is a cool retro-take on pinball's past with some modern elements but I think it will get old quick. I played it twice and ball times could be a little long which is why the lineups moved so slowly. There were only 2 games at the show as compared to Foo Fighters (Premium is a Great game) which had 6. The dialogue from the movie is in large part what helps make it so great but I it would get old for me quickly in a pinball machine. It should sell well but unless it is a theme which really resonates with people I think it will be up for resale quickly.

I personally preferred The Godfather and Foo Fighters. I even really enjoyed the Galactic TankForce game - it is brutal in terms of ball-times but it was fun. The video/humor might get old as well but I enjoyed it for the short time I played it. I laughed when the Princess smirked and told me that "This Fudge is from Uranus"!

I did not realize that. I always picked the shorter line which was PinballStar.

Foo Fighters will be a favorite for sure but just not my kind of pin. Too many Stern music pins and most all play similar in my opinion. Chicago Coin puts out solid pins (I have 1) unlike the cheaper Sterns that have some breakage not too long out of the box and I won't get into the mostly cheap plastics instead of working toys. I do however like Elvira HOH, Godzillla, GOTG, plus a few others.

Godfather was fun but there seems to be somewhat less features than POTC and at almost a 3k starting price increase for the LE. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to own one.

TankForce & Scooby-doo was a meh in my books but hey, everyone has their favorites.
