LF : MAME, JAMMA or Empty Cabinet for Youth Centre

As per another post, I'm trying to find an arcade cabinet for a Youth Centre in Stittsville (Ottawa)

This is for non-collecting teenage boys, so it does not have to be perfect.

Anything that has an arcade look and feel would be OK ( MAME, JAMMA, LCD screen, whatever ).
Looking for something full-size and sturdy (ie. not Arcade 1UP ) .

Like I said, this is for a Youth Centre, so budget is somewhat limited, ($ 500-$ 700) but willing to entertain offers.

Actually, I have a few XXX-in-1 boards myself, so just an empty (complete) JAMMA cab would also work.

Someone has offered to provide a Raspberry Pi MAME solution,
but would need an empty cab.

So if anyone has an empty Arcade cab, let me know.
