Coleco Adam Computer Parts

Post by Xylog »

Hello all,

Does anyone here have any parts/accessories/anything for the Coleco Adam that they would like to part with?

I just booted up my old machine from 40 odd years ago & it booted right up! Sadly, no cassettes/disks survived the blitz so the isn't much I can do with it. (sad face)

Fun stuff! Coleco Adam was my first computer. I managed to buy and repair one a few years ago. I'd suggest looking into fujinet and the ADE pro drive emulator. No need for tapes anymore!

You can also buy a multi-cart for all the games.
Now playing....Dr Who, Pinbot, Black Hole, Mars GOW, Supersonic, Moon Flight, Firepower
Now fixing...Circus, Force II

Definitely fun! I plugged in my cousin's Adam into my Colecovision and the darned thing worked right off the bat. It was packed away in his crawlspace for 35+ years & still works! Played Spy Hunter a bit on it. Too cool. :)

I am looking into getting a FujiNet for it & exploring the possibilities.

In the meanime, I upgraded a Nintendo DSi with ColecoDS to play Coleco & Adam games. :o
