I am hyped to see the pin, and the effect it has on the pinball community with such a powerful theme.
I was worried it would be Transformers.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't excited. This is coming from someone that didn't really care much about Pokemon in the 90's but grew up around it. I'm also not into all the hype of card collecting and grading that is part of the present day and seems to be pro-actively killing what seems to have been a fun hobby that I would have likely enjoyed. My knowledge of Pokemon comes mainly from the cartoons and Pokemon Go. That knowledge name-wise gets pretty thin after Gen IV.

So why am I excited? I guess even though it wasn't my world it is still nostalgic for me and I'm just happy themes the community are requesting are actually being made. The last few have been great examples. D&D, Jaws, Harry Potter and themes that we weren't expecting but that resonate like Labyrinth and Evil Dead.

Maybe it's more that I just don't want another cookie cutter super hero or band pin.

this is not a theme I am particularly interested in, but just think of the possibilities they could do with Insider Connected and slowly building a full Pokedex. Next-gen angles of pinball, like P3 and IC development, have me so curious as to what might get done next. There's many possibilities for how you can think of designing a game.

Lol. I kid... kinda. But yeah, as stated, it's not a rockband or superhero theme. So that's a plus.

I would like for a non-licensed theme, but I get it. They don't sell. But... I still hope for a High Speed 3, or Centaur 3... maybe a new Eight Ball Deluxe pin. Or heck, anything funny. Would be funny to revisit Attack/Revenge From Mars and add voices of current people. Make the theme the humans attacking Mars instead. LOL. Revenge On Mars!

I would like to see an Idiocracy pinball. Very à-propos for today! LOL

Many years ago some folks got taken down trying to get into the jail yard.......you can guess what they were looking for. Not a clue that this could have gone real bad.....
