For everyone who thought avengers Infinity quest rules was too complex!

I am fascinated to see how well this pin does outside of the hobby. Best of luck Stern.

I have watched gameplay videos of this yesterday and I don’t get the hype other than the fact it is Pokémon.

Shoot the same shots 150 times to catch them all and get a different static jpg shown on screen. I assume the software has a very long way to go but still not very exciting.

They spoke repeatedly how it is made with newbies on mind so in that context it's a huge success. Imagine the experience of a lifelong Pokemon fan stepping up to this machine for the first time. It's going to deliver an incredible experience and make so many people happy.
I bet it's going to be big stupid fun, I love a center bash toy arena. Looking forward to playing it when the software hits 1.0. I can't imagine owning it, def not a layout for my small collection.

Yeah I agree with this guy on most things he says about Pokemon pinball: it's a perfect approachable pin, the arena chaos might not be welcome for some players, it's going to be fun as hell some day, no interest in owning it.

It looks fun. My main concern is how repetitive the audio clips and the main Pokemon theme song will be. Will the sound clips be overused because of how tight licensing is? This might be the first time I'm leaning towards liking the Premium more than the Pro. It looks fun. The video that Cait posted really does a good job with the overall feel of it. Stern really went all out with the media day though, so there might be a bit of bias on the guy who did up the video. The host of the video states they don't know anything about Pokemon, but then does a decent job of cosplaying Ash. I wasn't sure if the host was mocking the layout of the pin with the Transformers cosplay at the start or not. Maybe just a coincidence? I haven't been following any of the gossip on this machine leading up to the reveal so maybe I'm missing the bigger picture on what was rumoured to be released

I like the diverter whirlpool and raising ramp scoop on the Premium. I like this layout better than The Walking Dead. The cat bash toy up the center is probably going to be fun, more satisfying than The Barn in TWD
