If you want to directly upload pictures on MAACA, first start a post or a reply, then scroll down to the 'upload attachment section.

Select the file you would like to upload, then click on 'Add the file'.

Once the image has been uploaded, you can then use it and place it inside your post. Look up for 'Attachments' under your post, choose the image you want to add in there and click on 'Place inline'.
You will then see your image included in your post between 'attachment' bbcode.

You can also use an external image or service, of course, but people wanted to know how to actually upload them on the site without using an external host. Enjoy.
