FF : Killer Instinct U98 boot rom

Upgraded my Ki board to run on a CF drive, so swapped out the boot ROM. Don't need the original anymore. It's yours for free if you want it.

Hey do you still have that u98 K.i 1 Boot rom... I sure could use it man if you have no need for it...
