General question for someone that owns a waterworld pinball machine

I am fixing this waterworld pinball machine and looking at this spot right above the harpoon looks like someone did a homade repair. I have attached a picture can someone send a picture of what is is supposed to look like or the part that is missing so I can get it ordered.
