⭐1975 Gottlieb Atlantis EM Pinball Machine Restoration Part 1/3

In this episode, I fully disassemble the top of the playfield, rebuild the drop target assembly with brand‑new targets, and replace the pop bumpers to the original.

This mini-series documents the full teardown, cleaning, mechanical rebuild, and final tuning of a 50‑year‑old machine that deserves a second life.

⭐1975 Gottlieb Atlantis EM Pinball Machine Restoration Part 2/3

In this episode 2, I cleaned the cabinet inside and out, polished all the metal back to a bright shine, and safely encapsulated the original asbestos/lead‑based paint. I also reinstalled the playfield and gave it a full clean and wax to prep it for repopulating the entire top side in the next video.
Atlantis is really starting to come back together as we head into the final phase.

⭐1975 Gottlieb Atlantis EM Pinball Machine Restoration Part 3/3 (Final)

In this final part, I repopulate the entire top side of the playfield, bringing every bumper, post, switch, and assembly back to life. With help from Doug and Cory at London Pinball (https://www.youtube.com/@londonpinball), I dial in the last mechanical details and get the game running exactly as it should.

I also install the coin mechs, discover a simple hack to perfectly shine the metal back door and hardware, and move the machine into its final spot in the basement.

After weeks of work, Atlantis is fully restored, beautiful, and playing like it did 50 years ago.
